Sweeping Pirates 2 23 1 Starting NPC: General RACHEL (X,Y)
  1. Go to the ruins located southeast of Sigia Dock. Kill the Pirate Champion to obtain a Flag.
  2. Use the Flag to summon the Pirate Commander, along with 4 or 5 other pirates.
  3. Once defeated, the Pirate Commander will drop the quest item. Return to Starting NPC.

Requirement: "Sweeping Pirates 1" Note: Requires an EXP Auto Share Party

  1. Use the quest item from General RACHEL in the Coliseum, Cleopatra's Gate, and Haran's Tower.
  2. Hunt the level 30 quest mobs that spawn in each location to obtain 3 Emblems.
  3. Hunt 30 Punishers to collect Blood. Use it to obtain a Key.
  4. Go to the center of Archer's and Wolves' QB and use the Key.
  5. Hunt Captain Ivy.
